The space We have a comfortable, modern, newly built flat in Néoi Póroi close to the beach. The house is 74m2 and has a delightful yard. Ground floor, no stairs and easily accessible by everybody. There are two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. There are also two sofa beds in the living room should you need additional bedding. The house is very cool in summer as it is on the ground floor but there is also air conditioning. The kitchen has everything you'd expect to make you feel at home including an electric cooker and oven, microwave, coffee-maker, juice maker. There is a laundry room with a washing machine. We offer a 42 inch TFT flat screen TV for your entertainment. Internet connection is available from May to September. Also a barbeque in the garden. The beach is vast, clean, with light colored sand and highly organized with watersports and umbrellas and sunbeds where you can have a coffee or refreshment when sunbathing and swimming. Except the guaranteed sunshine, good weather and excellent food you can easily enjoy all that Greece has to offer. Famous mount Olympus known from Greek mythology is just beside and you can see the sun setting behind it every evening from the beach. The sunset is beautiful as in the background there is also a beautiful Venetian castle. Platamon is a neighboring town next to Poroi, ideal for nightlife. Don't forget to visit a village close by called Old Panteleimonas, by night, where you can dine, have a coffee or traditional sweet and admire the spectacular view. Two mountains of unique natural beauty are in range with many beautiful mountain villages not far away to visit. September is an ideal period to relax and enjoy better service and cleaner and warmer sea. Activities: swimming, waterskiing, biking, fishing. hiking, mountain climbing. clubbing. Nearby Ancient sites: Dion sight and museum, Philips' tomb, the father of Alexander. Ancient theatre in Larissa. Larisa and Katerini, two major cities are half an hour drive. Thessaloniki the second biggest city in Greece is 1 hour 15min away. The world famous and extraordinary geological formation of Meteora is a two hours’ drive. The port of Volos is an hour drive with ferry connection to three beautiful Aegean islands Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonisos.
