Once inside, you'll find cozy living room, dining space and updated kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and linens. Guest access Only minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum. 10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium 10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena 20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS and Walgreens pharmacy. Other things to note Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month. Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building. It is a shared amenity among the other units. No parties or gatherings. The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
