It is located on a swimming beach/river as well as nearby Lake Attersee. Best location in Lenzing with direct access to the Westautobahn. Suitable for both business travelers, mechanics and group travelers (up to 6 persons). Animals are not allowed. The apartment is not suitable for infants due to the steep stairs. There are 2 parking spaces right in front of the house. Shopping facilities and an original tavern are just a 2-minute walk away. The space 3 separate rooms with 1 box-spring bed and a sofa bed offer maximum sleeping comfort. The apartment is a quiet residential area near the Ager River. Within walking distance you can reach an inn as well as the nearby supermarkets. Lake Attersee is 3 km away and can also be reached on foot. Towels and sheets as well as coffee and tea will be made available. Guest access Access to a free swimming spot on the Ager/river with buffet in summer. Other things to note Call at least 2 hours before check-in 2 parking spaces in front of the house. No pets allowed! Linens, dishes, coffee maker, tea kettle and towels will be provided.
