The space Our charming two-room apartment "La casa di Ortensia" is completely renovated and is located on the first and last floor of a small condominium. The area is very quiet and is very close to the A1 motorway exit, the railway station, the European Food Authority, the Parma Fair and 3 km from the airport. In our apartment you will find a delightful very romantic balcony where you can have lunch or have candlelit dinners on summer evenings. The city center and train station are easily reached in 10 minutes by bus No. 7 and No. 2 or with two comfortable bicycles that we offer for free to our guests. Also 100 meters from the apartment there are two large shopping malls. With bus no. 7 you can also get directly to the university campus. In addition to having normal equipment, our two-room apartment has WI-FI, air conditioning, a French sofa bed, independent heating and also a satellite decodor to see foreign programs.
