The house of Ortensia is a lovely two-room apartment completely renovated on the first and last floor of a small condominium. The area is very quiet and is very close to the A1 motorway exit, the railway station, the European Food Authority, the Parma Fairs and is 3km away from the airport. The city center and the railway station can be easily reached in 10 minutes by bus no. 13 and n. 2 and 100 meters from the apartment there are two large shopping centers. The apartment has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and window, dining area with double sofa bed and small terrace. In addition to having the normal equipment, it is equipped with WI-FI connection, washing machine, iron, ironing board, LCD TV, air conditioning and independent heating. Ample parking under the house free free no blue lines.
