Charming cottage near a child-friendly beach

A lovely oasis in green surroundings and close to a child-friendly beach. The house is nice and bright with lots of light. Living room and kitchen in one, two bright bedrooms and a small but functional bathroom. This includes an annex. From the house, there is direct access to a lovely south-facing wooden terrace, where there is a beautiful view of the garden. In the garden, there is a trampoline with room for the whole family, swing and hammock in the shade for the little nap. The fireplace is perfect for s'mores, marshmallows and dinner outdoors. The space The house, with its 46 m2, is well utilized and the open kitchen living room is a nice gathering place where everyone can be doing their own thing and still be together. It is important to us that you arrive at a cottage where all contact surfaces have been thoroughly cleaned. So, extra cleaning has been done throughout the house and also outside when you arrive. Kitchen facilities in addition to the usual: - Pressure cooker - Coffee grinder - French press - Blender - Toaster - Dishwasher - Kitchen towels - Towels - Dishcloths - Detergent, tabs, etc. Next to the house there will be a gas grill. Other (extra) facilities that can be used freely: - Washing machine (detergent is available) - Bed linen (incl. sheets) + extra set - Chromecast (there are quite a few TV stations) - Tick tongs - Turkano (life jackets, paddle, etc.) - Paddleboard (paddle) - 3 x kayaks (2 adults and 1 child) - Game of kings - Ladder golf - Summer house bicycles If you have a dog with you, there is a gate in the door to the back exit so that the dog can run freely in and out. The garden is fenced all the way around the property. Guest access All rooms are accessible, however, access to the tool shed is only granted in special cases.
