Free parking in front of the property. Berlin's cleanest swimming lake. Only 30 minutes by car to Ku'damm or 15 minutes to Potsdam. Well connected with public transport, supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Many nice restaurants and the ferry terminal to Lake Wannsee nearby. (Official registration no.: 05/Z/AZ/010374-22) The space For vacation rental there is a Swedish house with about 38 square meters of living space and a private jetty. Lake view from bed. Bicycles are available for rent, 30 euros in total for the entire stay. The house is divided as follows: Through a double door you enter the bedroom overlooking the lake, followed by an open kitchen with dining area. Another door leads to the bathroom, which faces the garden at the back. In the bedroom there is a newly purchased (January 2022) box spring bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and a table, as well as some lanterns with candles. In the living-dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, fridge, oven, stove, sink, coffee machine, etc.), a dining table and a kitchen cabinet with dishes and a stereo system. The bathroom consists of a sink, toilet and shower. On the jetty there is outdoor garden furniture, a parasol and sun loungers. A surfboard and a barbecue are available for use. You are welcome to bring a dinghy or walk 10 minutes to the boathouse. There you can rent pedal and row boats and eat well. The lake is too small for a sailboat, engines (except battery operated) are not allowed on the lake. BICYCLES: For a total of 30 euros per rental, we provide two mountain bikes. Kladow is part of the Spandau district in Berlin. In Kladow there are various supermarkets within walking distance (two EDEKA, ALDI, LIDI, REWE, Bio Company). A bus stop can be reached from the property in about 5 minutes, bus connection to the city (about 25 minutes) or to the center of Kladow (in 5 minutes). Rental officially approved, misuse does not apply. Guest access Guests can use the entire property and house alone. Visits by tenants must be agreed in advance with the landlord; a permit is required. The tenant must inform the landlord of the name and address of his guest in advance. 4. This also applies to the performance of all cleaning work. Location description: The area around Lake Groß-Glienicker is unique in Berlin. The nearby Sacrower See is perhaps five minutes by bike, and the port of Kladow can be reached in less than ten minutes. Particularly attractive is the nearby area of Sanssouci Palace with its large park. The house has been rented for about four years, but is now offered by the father of the original (now professionally busy) operator. For this reason, the ad had to be re-established.
