Chestnut Cottage Studio in picturesque Wherwell

Chestnut Cottage Studio is an Annex to Chestnut Cottage, a thatched property in the centre of the picturesque village of Wherwell, located between Winchester, Stockbridge and Andover in Hampshire. Chestnut Cottage Studio is fitted out to a high standard; it has its own entrance, off street parking for one car and includes a small patio at the back accessible through French doors, down a few steps from the main living space. There are beautiful walks nearby and wild swimming opportunities. The space Chestnut Cottage Studio is situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Wherwell. It is a separate Annex to the main cottage with direct access from the parking area. When you walk into the property you will see an open plan living space with fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine and dishwasher, oven, induction hob, frige/ freezer, as well as microwave), a dining area and an area for relaxation with Internet TV and direct access to the patio below. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a king or two singles (please advise preferred configuration). There is plenty of storage and a working area with a desk and office chair at the top of the landing. The bathroom with toilet, bath and shower overhead is situated downstairs. Guest access This is a self contained Annex with its own patio. You can also have access to a small grass area upon request. The rest of the garden can be accessed via the car park. However, it is built on a slope with terraces and walks that can be dangerous, particularly to small children, so we would only allow you to access this part of the property at your own risk. Other things to note The Studio has one car parking space. if you are planning to bring a second car, please send me a request for an additional space. There is plenty of street parking.
