The space The fully renovated apartment consists of: - Apartment with terrace, an open equipped kitchen, a dining table and sitting area. The seat in the living room is a sofa bed with a full mattress for 2 people. A separate shower room with sink. - An extra bedroom with double bed with separate shower and sink in the hallway. - There is also a toilet in the hallway. - Outside there is a closed large parking lot where you can also park. - Washing machine / dryer - All rooms have air conditioning. Accessibility: - At 200 m you can take “Les bateaux verts” to Saint-Tropez, Port Grimaud and Les Issambres. Price back and forth € 12.90. - By car you are 10 minutes in Saint-Tropez (3.5 km). They all start with TP-Link_65CD and all have the same password (See WIFI details) HOT WATER There is an individual hot water boiler in the cupboard in the kitchen. Check upon arrival whether it is on. Press the "HAND" symbol and press the "+" symbol so that 4 "SHOWER" symbols light up. You can press "BOOST" to heat up the boiler more quickly. The capacity of the boiler is sufficient to take 1 bath. Do not fill the bath more than 1/3. Press "BOOST" if you want to take a shower or a 2nd bath afterwards. WASHING MACHINE and DRYER These are on the ground floor in the hallway to the studio under the stairs. These are shared with the tenants of the studio and room. Please coordinate with them before using them. AIR CONDITIONING There is an air conditioning unit. You should always point the remote control at the air conditioning unit if you want to change the setting. Hold the green button for On or OFF. Use the mode button to set “sun” heating, “ice flake” cooling, “droplets” unraveled and “fan” ventilation. Use “Temp” to set the temperature. Do not set more or less than the desired temperature. You set the strength of the ventilation with the “ventilation” symbol and the “strong man” provides a 20 min BOOST. You rent the studio and the extra room. The shared entrance between the front door of the building and the door to the studio and extra room is considered communal and is therefore not a private space.
