Bright and well equipped self-contained accommodation set in a large mature garden next to the main house. We are located in Peppard within the Chiltern's AONB and there are extensive walking and cycling routes on our doorstep. There is easy road access to Henley, Goring, Marlow, Oxford, Reading and Heathrow airport and there are regular fast trains into London from Reading station. There is extensive parking and all guests have access to the large garden and tennis court. The space The flat has been refurbished for 2025 to include a new bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washer/drier, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob together with foldaway table and chairs. There is a shower room, bedroom with king size bed and living room opening onto a private patio with outdoor furniture. There is a TV, Wi-Fi and work area. The space is suitable for two guests. A baby or small child could be accommodated. Guests can use the tennis court, at their own risk, and some basic equipment is provided. There is an EV charger available for an additional fee.
