There are many cottages in the area, but we offer you the keys to the guest house! The dominant feature is a large wooden barn and a garden with a gazebo that will create a pleasant atmosphere. The cottage is just for you, food, beer, and other drinks you bring your own. The cottage has an equipped kitchen on the ground floor, where basic spices are available so you don't have to bring the whole household :-). Outdoor pool, trampoline, swings, sandpit, children's toys are available. Weddings: for 50 - 80 people with an outdoor ceremony and reception The space There are 6 rooms for 15 - 17 people, three triple and three double. The rooms are always connected in pairs, i.e. they are passable and always have two shared bathrooms. In two rooms there is a bathtub, in one there is a shower. Extra beds are also available. The building is large. Room number 1 and 2) * walk-through on the ground floor with a bathtub: Room number 1) = 1x/double bed + 2x single bed Room number 2) = 1x / double bed (room number 1. you go to 2.) Other things to note WARNING: please note that this is an old house and therefore sometimes something goes wrong. IN WINTER: - in the common corridor on the mezzanine floor where there is a pool table there is no proper heating, i.e. the building is not suitable for staying with small children during the winter season. The temperature can be regulated in the rooms, but unfortunately there are only 2 radiators in the lower part of the corridor. - HOUSE/COMMUNAL ROOM does not have heating but a large BURIAN wood stove and is heated with wood during the winter. Please consider whether you will mind having to heat the room yourself during your stay. It will heat up within an hour. - ROOM DOWNSTAIRS No. 2) double bed on the ground floor - during the winter the boiler is started during the day and may bother you while sleeping. KITCHEN + HOUSEHOLD: - There's a dishwasher in each, but the tap is only for cold water. WEDDING there is a different price than for the accommodation itself, namely CZK 45,000. The total amount including inventory and equipment for weddings: tables, chairs, tablecloths, banquet tables, bistro tables, lights, or inventory for the wedding ceremony. Plates, cutlery, glass, etc.
