Ground floor lounge, and a first-floor bedroom with a king-size bed. Double doors leading to the hot tub and garden. Internally, the shower room is just off the lounge through a door, with Large shower, wash hand basin and WC a second then leads you through to the kitchen. We have a fully fitted kitchen area with Hob, Oven Grill, Toaster, Kettle, Dishwasher, and Fridge this has French Doors leading to your private hot tub area outside patio the hot tub is undercover for all year use. From the Lounge, the stairs lead up to the Bedroom with storage and hanging space, Hairdryer, an Alarm clock, and mood lighting. The Lounge has a TV, HD Digital Free-view Netflix etc . Free hard-wired WiFi is available for your use while you stay. The Kitchen has fresh ground coffee, tea, Instant coffee, herbal teas, and sugar. fresh milk, Prosecco, bottled water and sweets are also provided Free of charge upon arrival. We have a patio garden area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a BBQ, a smoking area is provided but we ask you to refrain from smoking inside or anywhere near the Hot Tub. The hot tub is open from throughout your stay if using late we ask you to keep the noise to a low level. we provide you with Robes, Towels, and Plastic glasses for a beverage We do ask you to follow the hot tub rules. We also provide you with a selection of crockery, cups, glasses, teapot, cutlery, pots, and pans, etc, to use while staying with us. If you require anything further you simply have to ask.The local fast food offers delivery to your door, should you want a takeaway. WE ASK YOU NOT TO SMOKE OR VAPE NEAR THE HOT TUB OR INSIDE THE ANNEX WE ASK YOU TO USE THE PLASTIC CUPS IN THE HOT TUB NO GLASS IS ALLOWED WE ASK NO JOSSTICK OR BURNERS AND NO CANDLES ANYWHERE PLEASE.
