Our beautiful and modern furnished apartment is about 47 square meters, is located on the first floor and has a large balcony overlooking the garden. Within walking distance you are already on the beach. The rooms are facing west, so you can enjoy the sun on the balcony from noon to evening. Unfortunately, we can only rent to guests without children as the apartment is not suitable for children (e.g. glass door in the living room/glass display case) The space The apartment is 47 square meters and consists of: - Large balcony with a table, chairs, chest and umbrella. - Living/dining room - Open built-in kitchen - Bedroom with 1 x double bed (160 cm) and open wardrobe - Shower room with toilet - small storage room - Smart TV with cable connection Bicycles can be parked at the house or, if space is available, in the garage. The washing machine in the basement can be used for a fee. 1 set of bed linens and towels per person per stay are included in the price. The kitchen is very well equipped. Everything you need is there: dishwasher, large fridge with 3 freezer drawers, stove with 2 hotplates, microwave, Ninja Crispi Air Fryer, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, Senseo pad coffee machine and filter coffee machine, espresso maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Guest access The key to the apartment is in the key safe at the front door. Laundry room in the basement (washing machine can be used on weekdays). 4x 50ct coins are required for use. Bicycle parking is available at the house or in the garage.
