Continuing to go up, on the first floor we have the kitchen with dining area and living room with access to an outdoor area where you can enjoy a wonderful marina view. We also have a bedroom with a full bathroom. The outdoor areas are connected by a flight of stairs, also outside. Benefiting from a direct and privileged access to Vilamoura marina, where in a few steps you can enjoy all restaurants, shops and bars. It is also a short walk from Vilamoura beach, the casino and Cerro da Vila Museum. Falésia beach is located about 2 kms on foot.
