300 year old cottage with Games Barn

Our lovely 300 year old cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and is ideal for a family holiday or a break with friends. Run around the large enclosed garden or just relax in the fabulous Games Barn with billiards, babyfoot and a bar, there is something for everyone here. Situated in a rural village but close to all amenities and the fantastic beaches of the Cote d'Opale are just over a 1/2 drive away. The space Our cottage is situated in a small village close to Montreuil sur Mer and is in the heart of the community with a communual petanque court opposite to enjoy. Offroad parking is provided in the flowered courtyard and the garden is enclosed and laid to lawn with views across the fields. Relax on the patio, play in the garden, feed the little family of free range chickens with their babies when they wander through the garden, enjoy a BBQ or spend an evening in the superb Games Barn with traditional table football, billiard table and bar. Although rural the cottage is well placed to explore coastal treasures with sleepy seaside resorts, there is a beach to please everyone, or enjoy the lovely countryside walks of the area. This is a strictly non-smoking property. Towels, bed linen, gas and water are included, although the electric is on a meter reading on arrival. 8kwh electric included per day, the rest is on a meter reading payable on departure. We also provide a welcome bottle of wine to enjoy and free range eggs. Freeview TV is available or enjoy a DVD. Please note there are no facilities for charging of electric vehicles. Sarah is also a qualified Bien Être masseuse and offers treatments for ladies onsite ... paid locally. What a wonderful way to really relax on your holiday Guest access The cottage is totally detached and you have access to the whole property and the garden and courtyard. Other things to note Security deposit will be refunded to you very quickly as long as no damage, if you break or damage something then please tell so we can be prepared for our next guests. During CV19 we are leaving a longer gap between all guests as we need to deep clean thoroughly before you arrive. All guests will have a freshly washed duvet, complete fresh set of bedding including mattress and pillow protectors. Checkin is at 1830 and departure must be before 9am. We hope you understand our commitment to ensuring that the property is completely sanitized before your arrival. First basket of wood is provided rest is payable on site (End sept to end April only).
