The main floor includes 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, and another with two twin beds that can each expand into a full size bed, fitting four children comfortably). There is a large playroom, a large living room, two full baths, including one with a washer/dryer, a well equipped kitchen, a dining room (table seats up to 8) , and a large deck area. The second floor features one large master bedroom (king size; all with fresh new mattresses and bedding), one full bathroom with washer/dryer, a wet bar area plus a deck with bay views - perfect for sunrise and sunset views over the bay. Other amenities include: a gas grill, high-speed internet, central A/C, outdoor furniture, and over an acre of land, and bicycles. This property was purchased in 2016 and has been updated (including new bathroom and bedroom, new floors and newly painted) and newly furnished for the comfort of the owners and visitors alike! Guest access You can use the entire house Other things to note Please note we have WIFI in our house but it works best in the playroom / media room and in the master bedroom. It can be spotty in the living room and in the dining room. We do not have Cable subscription. The TV has a HDMI cable that allows you to plug your computer and stream content from your computer using our WIFI. We realize each guest has his/her own preferences when it comes to dish soap, shampoos and even the type of toilet paper, so we find it easier to leave it to the guests to choose what works best for them. Therefore we furnish the bathrooms with toilet papers rolls and soaps for a few days, but we recommend you bring or buy your own products for longer stay.
