The apartment on the ground level is a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment with open space kitchen and living room and a spacious terrace with amazing sea views, fully equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests, in a quiet location on the southern coast line of Kea island facing the west. Access to the house from the parking area on the road level is at the back of the house, while walking down the outdoors stone built steps from the parking area. The apartment features 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed and closets, living room with a sofa bed for 2 prs and 1 bathroom. Windows and screens from the bedroom and from the living room lead to a private stone built veranda with arches having wonderful views over the seafront.
