The house was 'created' in 2020 having originally been part of the village pub - its now part of a redeveloped property which also includes the owners home and a fabulous cafe called Artichoke Cafe The property is right in the heart of the picturesque riverside village of Pangbourne with its fabulous specialist shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington. The space It's a fabulous, unique property being both quiet and secluded yet right in the centre of the village. It was effectively brand new in 2020, although it sits within what is a 200 year old building that was the original village pub. No expense has been spared (unfortunately!) in redeveloping the property so it now offers very high quality specification which is matched by its interior styling. All the rooms are a very good size (the house is 702 sq ft) and there's a spacious and sunny terrace for outside eating or seating. The space is on two levels (see floor plan) with the kitchen and living room on the ground floor and the double bedroom (with king size bed) and large bathroom are on the first floor. There is air conditioning in the bedroom only. Guest access The whole property, and the outside terrace are for your sole use. The parking is in a double oak framed carport which is shared as I also park my car there. Other things to note Please note that if you are booking for more than 7 days, you will be provided with replacement bed linen and towels on a weekly basis. If you require a weekly clean and to have the bedding changed for you, then a cleaning fee of £30 will be charged separately on a weekly basis.
