Hi and welcome to our friendly home , myself my hubby Glenn and our very friendly dog Happy welcome you. Our home has a warm, friendly and happy atmosphere, we have tried to give you everything you'll need for the perfect stay but if there's anything else then please just ask us ! Always online ready to answer any questions you may have prior to booking and here to help with questions about surrounding places Ideal for hospital staff with just a 15 min walk to the Hospital. The space This lovely spacious (15 x12) light and modern room is the perfect place to enjoy a short stay. Business or pleasure we're 5 minutes away from town centre and our two beautiful beaches. (please see our location paragraph) Tea, coffee, Hot Chocolate & Water, tasty treats and breakfast porridge pots await you, Light reading, board games and tv are also provided, so please enjoy. A basket of toiletries are also in the room with Hairdryer and fan Large wardrobe, chests of drawers are all in your room please note:The Bedroom is on the 3rd floor of our Victorian terrace so stairs are involved. The bathroom is on the floor below the bedroom Guest access Guests can only access their room through the main front door of the house and hallway all other rooms apart from the bathroom are off limits unless invited by the host The house is approx. 10 mins walk away from the main town centre where there are shops theatres cafes and restaurants, ten mins walk away from either of our lovely beaches, one busy with arcades, chip Shops, donkeys ice creams and donuts lots of cafes and restaurants, the other quieter and beautiful to walk along Approximately 15 minutes walk from the open air theatre, where we hosts shows throughout the year Parking disks for on street parking are available on request please be mindful that this is a seaside town so can be noise from seagulls During your stay I'm usually in from the afternoon and I am happy to chat and give information on places to visit or where to eat or anything I can help you with checkout at 10.00am Other things to note We are in a fabulous location only 10 minutes walk to town centre and our two beautiful beaches and historic castle , minutes away from peasholm park and lake which is just over the road from the open air theatre, 10 minutes walk away from our famous cricket grounds, 20 minutes from whitby, Robinhoods bay, filey bridlington, with lots of lovely market towns near by including pickering Helmsley Thornton le Dale amd York We make a great base for Cleveland way and coast to coast walkers ready to welcome tired feet
