The cottage is located in central Buxton, 10 mins walk from the cultural centre around The Opera House and Crescent Spa Hotel. It is convenient for Bus and Rail connections. There is a single VW Golf sized parking place (larger if you're careful) at the rear with metered EV charge point. We have designed the rebuilding to include a room-in-the-roof bedroom, whole house ventilation with heat recovery, underfloor heating throughout, powered by Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump. The space The terraced house has a through room with lounge with multi-fuel fire, dining area with superb oak dining suite and compact but fully equipped kitchen facilities in one space. On the first floor there are two compact double bedrooms each with a private wet-room with shower, WC and basin. The main bedroom has a mezzanine sleeping area accessed by a second private stair and has it's own slipper bath. Guest access There is a private off road parking space suitable for a medium sized car, with a type 2 metered EV charge point. It requires a cautious approach but is private, convenient and free. The rear entrance to the property is adjacent to the parking and has a porch canopy. A £50 deposit is required for EV charge payment, at time of booking. Other things to note We have designed the refurbishment to include modern sustainable heating by heat pump and underfloor heating throughout. The house is continuously ventilated with a heat recovery unit. Hot water also provided by the heat pump is a high pressure system with safe thermostatic mixer showers.
