The lounge area is furnished with a sofa that faces a flat screen television. Close by is a wooden dining table with four chairs. To the left is a small bathroom with shower.The spacious kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with separate freezer compartment. There is plenty of cupboard and workspace available. The kitchen is divided from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar with three stools. At the opposite side of the room is a staircase leading up to the ground floor. Ground floor (accessible via a nice outdoor area and equipped): dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher, toaster), room with washing machine, bathroom with shower. At the top of the stairs on the 1st floor is a bright and airy lounge. This room offers plenty of space and is furnished with two sofas centred around a television. Other furnishings include three wooden cabinets and a dining table with four chairs. French doors open out onto the loggia and garden. A second set of French doors open out onto a small Juliet balcony which overlooks the front terrace. There is also access to a bathroom with shower from the lounge. Second floor: at the top of the stairs on the second floor and directly ahead is the double bedroom. This bright airy room is furnished with a wrought iron double bed, two matching double wardrobes and a chest of drawers. French doors open onto a large balcony which looks across the hamlet towards the vineyards and hills beyond. To the right of the stairs is a bathroom with shower. Next to this is the twin bedroom. It comprises of two single iron beds, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. French doors open out onto the large balcony which is shared with the double bedroom.
