Close to great restaurants, Shopping, Freeways, Hiking, Mt. Biking, Golfing, Fishing, Running, Boating and endless activities. Located only 16 minutes from the Salt Lake City Airport. Enjoy this comfortable home with high-end finishes and amazing views of the mountains and valley. Located in Bountiful , nestled at the base of the East bench Wasatch mountains with a short 15 mile drive to downtown life in Salt Lake City. Rental space is the bottom level with private entrance to one or two bedroom living. Each room has a queen sized bed with high end luxury mattresses and linens. Private bathroom for one bedroom and shared bathroom if renting second bedroom. Equipped kitchenette and comfortable living room. Just outside you will see amazing views of the mountains and valley. Guests can park in driveway. No access to garage. Please be considerate of our neighbors as a lot of them do live in the community full time. Also, keep the noise down after 10:00 PM. Please be clean and respect our home. No gatherings or parties. We love our home and hope you enjoy your stay with us. We would appreciate no shoes be worn in the house, please remove them as you enter. No Pets.
