Small, self contained studio apartment with en suite shower room over the top of double garage. Located in the beautiful village of Graffham at the foot of the South Downs. Close to Goodwood, Chichester, Midhurst and Petworth. Only a short walk to village shop & two pubs. Tea and coffee making facilities. Microwave and small fridge/freezer. Off road parking. Continental breakfast is provided. Smoking is permitted in the garden area. The space The apartment is located over a double garage and so has sloped ceilings which may not be suitable for very tall people. It is a studio apartment and so is not huge, but I have tried to make the best use of the space available and provide all essentials for a comfortable stay. Guest access There is a small, peaceful garden with a table and chairs for the use of our guests. It isn't completely surrounded by boundaries, but we will always respect your privacy. Other things to note The wi fi signal in the room isn't brilliant but satisfactory. We are in a rural location and I have recently installed a new booster which has improved the signal considerably but it is not always reliable and would not be suitable for people wanting to work from home.
