Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old renovated photo studio of 90 m2 offering a beautiful ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of a 6500 m2 plot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... Please let me know if you need a different duration The space 🍀The barn was built in the 1970s using wood from Corrèze. Entirely made of wood and lovingly decorated, it offers a large living room with a kitchen open to the living room, with views of nature and its changing lights throughout the day and the seasons. The large windows in the living room will allow you to observe the dance of the wild rabbits in the garden, and you may see a badger, a fox, or a doe... On the mezzanine, a large bedroom equipped with cotton bedding overlooks the living room. At night, if the wind gets involved, the leaves of the oaks rustle above the roof, and the sounds of nature surround you.  🔥You will also have logs available to make a fire in the wood stove while listening to music on very high-fidelity speakers. 🛏️ The bedroom has a 140x190 cm bed, and in the living room there is a sofa bed, also 140x190 cm. 🛁 In the bathroom with a bathtub and a view of the birch trees, soap and shampoo are at your disposal. Sheets and towels are provided. 🥘 The kitchen is equipped, and you will find basic condiments there. Local markets and supermarkets are 4 km away, and Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer are 7 km away. Guest access You can park at the beginning of the path and walk up to access the cottage directly (about 100 m on sloping ground...) or park at the top of the parking lot and pass in front of our house to access the accommodation. Check-in and checkout times may be different if the calendar allows. Other things to note The mezzanine of the accommodation, as well as the staircase leading to it, has no handrails or railings. You are in the countryside, under an oak tree, if the possibility of crossing a spider paralyzes you, the place is not for you. In winter, the ceiling height does not allow for temperatures similar to city apartments with only heating. You have to know how to make an effective fire to keep warm. If you're not a little adventurous, it's best to come in the summer. On the other hand, wood is a resource, you will have a certain amount for your stay but it is not self-service. The speakers we leave at your disposal are very powerful and we live next door. Please turn off the music after 10pm. If you come as a couple and need 2 separate beds, please let me know in advance.
