Pano Platres offers two distinct experiences, each attracting different types of visitors depending on the season. From May to late September, especially on weekends and during the peak month of August, the area sees a high volume of visitors who come to enjoy nature and the many open restaurants. From October to late April, Pano Platres appeals more to guests seeking peace, isolation, and a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. During this quieter season, the beauty of nature can be enjoyed in its full glory. While some restaurants and a supermarket remain open, the focus is on tranquility. If you need recommendations or tips on where to find specific services, we are more than happy to assist you. Simply choose the type of experience you desire, and we are confident that the Troodos Mountains will exceed your expectations. -Indoor Amenities The open-plan kitchen boasts essential appliances: stove, oven, cooking hood, toaster, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. A cozy dining table complements the space. -The Living Space Discover comfort with a double bed, wardrobe, a compact living area featuring a sofa bed, and a coffee table. Relax with over 60 TV channels including Netflix, browse through our collection of Greek and English books, or enjoy card games after a day of hiking. -Bath Facilities The bathroom, located at the apartment's end, features a shower. -Cleanliness Standards Our professional cleaning team meticulously maintains cleanliness between guest stays. Linens and towels undergo professional cleaning and ironing. -Outdoor Step outside the front door, and you can relax on our patio, enjoying the soothing sounds of the river. Although the patio is not directly attached to the studio, it is conveniently located just a few steps away on the staircase. It is secured by a gate, and you will have the key to access it. This patio is reserved exclusively for your use and is not shared with others. Note: The small balcony is not directly attached to the studio. It is a small, separate outdoor space located about five steps from the front door. For outdoor seating, feel free to use the metal furniture placed indoors beside the cabinet. -Occupancy Information The Studio-apartment accommodates 4 people with one double bed and a sofa-bed in the same open space. Review the photos carefully, and if the sleeping arrangement suits your needs, feel free to book. Guest access -Check-In We want to have a great host-guest relationship, so we are regularly trying to welcome our guests and hand them the key in person. But in cases that it won't be possible because we don't living there, we still have in place a Lockbox for a self-check-in method, and we will provide the passcode before the arrival of the guest. -Guests rent the entire place for themselves, and they can enjoy the whole apartment with no limitations. -There is a wide and well lit outdoor staircase leading down to the Studio Apartment. Other things to note -Internet We provide Wi-Fi internet, and each of our listings has a separate router for better coverage. -TV content Besides local channels, we also provide TV content in multiple languages. Netflix, Movies, Tv series, News, Children TV, Streaming apps, Live TV and more. -Central Heating is operational during November-April of each year. After April, there is still a halogen heater if it is needed. -On the other hand in the summertime, the apartment is always fresh because it is located between two rivers and surrounded by tall trees. So by design, there is a perfect indoor climate. -We can provide a baby crib and a high chair. Please inform us in advance so we can prepare the apartment accordingly. -Dates alteration after a confirmed booking is possible for 1(one) time only, but the request must occur at least 15 days before check-in. Booking alteration has to be for the same length of stay or more. Subject to availability. -If you change your mind after booking and you want to stay a little longer, you can send us a message about the additional dates you are interested in, and we will extend your stay (subject to availability).
