This house is clean, disinfected and exterminated after each guest. Its nice & spaciously cozy. Central air/heat. 3 bdrms, sleeps 6 to 8. Bdrms are set up based on the no. of guests booked. Each room sleeps 2 people. Lower level has a whimsical queen size circular bed that sleeps 2. And a washer & dryer. Pls don’t have guest sleep on upstairs couch. Pls use lower level bed. It’s located 15 minutes away from every area that you may want to visit or need to go in Cincinnati. Whether the place you’re trying to get to is Kenwood, Downtown/OTR (Over-The-Rhine), Colerain, Tri-County and even a state over to Kentucky, to socialize or for concerts at the US Bank Arena. From the Cintas Center, Bengals-Paul Brown Stadium, the Red’s Great American Ball Park, Cf Cincinnati, TQL stadium to the Taft Theatre, Aronoff Center for the Arts and Riverbend you’re never that far away from any of these places, they are all about 15 minutes away!! We are about 25 minutes from the Creation Museum in Kentucky via the I-275W. to 275S. The highway if about 3.4 miles away. You have full access to 3 bedrooms based on the number of guest/occupancy per stay . Each room have been individually decorated with an comfortable touch, and each room can sleep 2 people. We set up bedrooms based on occupancy or how many people book. The house can cover 6 to 8 people comfortably. Aside from the 3 bedrooms, there is additional sleep space in the lower level that includes a whimsical circular bed and 2 love-seats which can accommodate 2 additional guests. Any additional guest over 6 people is a different rate. Please ask about that rate. Except for the sleeping area and to access the laundry machines, use of the bottom level is not included but is not prohibited. You can enjoy the wood deck, large backyard, and outdoor ambiance where children have plenty of space to play, or you can relax engaging in your favorite activity. You have access to a kitchen that has a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker and snacks. You are welcome to use utensils and other items in the kitchen. There is a secure entry where you will either use a key or input a code specific to your stay or booking that mechanically opens the door once the code is entered at your arrival and throughout your stay, or there will be regular key access. Additional things to consider: If you will have children in the property please be sure if they drink juices etc. Please be sure they are drinking or eating anything that can spill or stain the carpet or furniture in the kitchen or in hard floor surfaces that are easy to clean. We've had a couple of stains get stains on the carpet or furniture and had to charge guest an additional fee to have it removed. If you bring "any" animals to the property. You will be asked to leave and charged to have the carpet cleaned. We will respond to you and accommodate you with any issues you may have immediately and in every way we can. We are not on the premises but will be sure you have the contact information to reach us. I can meet you at your arrival and show you everything. Many guest, don’t require nor want to meet, so we offer self check-in typically. You are 7 to 10 minutes from Brentwood Square a small mall located in Finneytown which is where the property is zoned. Brentwood Square has the grocery store Kroger. There are also restaurants such as City BBQ, Chick-fil-A, Wings and Rings, Applebee’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken located inside the square. Other surrounding restaurants include Bob Evans, Arby's, Wendy’s, Larosa’s, Subway, Kroger’s, Graeters as well as stores such as Walgreen’s or CVS and Family Dollar. Further if you don’t want to leave the house and want delivery, we have many restaurants in the area that will happily deliver food to you. Cincinnati has Uber and Lyft. If you book on the same day that someone is checking out. We need 72 hours after check out to prepare the property. There is no smoking in the property. If it is found you have smoked in the property we will charge and additional fee of 250.00 for cleaning and smoke damage. No animals are allowed on the property. If it is found animals are/were in the property we charge a fee of 250.00 and additional damages if it applies. You will also be asked to leave that day if you are still being hosted.
