Part of a house in Bleket on Tjörn, 300 meters from the sea

We rent out part of our turn-of-the-century house in Bleket on Södra Tjörn, just before the bridge over to Klädesholmen. The house is close to Blekets harbor, the sea and the cliffs. A walk of about 300 meters and you are there. In our garden you will find outdoor furniture and grill that you can borrow The house has Wifi and free parking space In Bleket you will find Lottas Bak och Form, the best sourdough bakery according to us and many others. You also have close to swimming, cliffs, soccer field and magical places with beautiful views The space The part of the house that you rent is about 70 square meters with a large living room and kitchen in an open floor plan on the lower floor, as well as a large bathroom. Here you easily sit 6 people and eat, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave as well as stove and oven. On this floor there is a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as the possibility to set up an extra bed. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed (2 single beds) and also here the possibility to provide an extra bed (It is possible, but will be cramped) The house was built in the late 1800s and carries that special turn-of-the-century feeling with charm, soul and history in the walls. Here you will find creaky floors, beautiful details and the warm feeling that only older houses can give. As in many houses from this time, it can sometimes be a little loud, but it has never been something that our guests have experienced as disturbing. We still want to mention it, so that you know what to expect and can feel completely at home during your stay. The part of the house you rent has its own entrance - We who rent out live in the other part of the house and it is Linda with her husband, and two children Other things to note We see that you clean the apartment after your stay. Cleaning equipment and materials are on site. If you want to buy final cleaning, it costs SEK 1000, let us know when you book if you want to add it. We are also checking the listing in between each guest - this is to follow the five-step process with enhanced cleanliness Duvets and pillows are available for 6 people - you bring your own bed linens. If you wish to borrow this, we will provide it at a cost of SEK 120 per person. You also bring towels, they are not available on site
