Outdoor table to enjoy the garden with BBQ possibility in summer. Enclosed garden and not overlooked, with a playhouse and swing/slide available for children. If you like to cook, you will find all the utensils at your disposal. For young and old alike, ADSL TV with replay and Wi-Fi internet. In winter the house is very well heated (underfloor heating and wood stove) IN JULY AND AUGUST MINIMUM 5 NIGHTS Rest of the year, minimum 2 nights Check-in from 4pm / Check-out before 11am in order to have time to prepare the house and welcome you properly. ——————- !!!Read carefully!!! We offer our house during our vacation periods but it is not a cottage! The house is at your disposal in the manner of an acquaintance who would rent you their house, all our belongings are available, to cook, play, read, have a good time... The trade-off is that you pay all the more attention to it. Note: The renovation is still ongoing. Indeed, some finishes remain to be done but this does not affect the use and approval of the house. Finally, the cat is part of the family. It can certainly stay outside, but if you are not able to accept it in the house when you come (it is not allowed to go into the rooms), please do not make a reservation. We almost lost it in the summer of 2020 because it was abused by a Guest and then blocked outside the house by the following ones. If you don't feel able to handle this point, please don't make a reservation. ————- Note, and it's important for us, that it's not a cottage or a hotel but a house where we live every day, so you will find plenty of amenities that don't exist in a cottage and in return we ask you to take this into account when using the accommodation. ————- The house doesn't have air conditioning and honestly I don't know of any houses in the area that do. It's a house with 60 cm walls and clearly inertia plays its role. Still, in a heat wave, it doesn't do any miracles. We leave you a rotating fan to improve comfort. ————- The renovation is still in progress so yes some finishes remain to be done but this does not affect the use and pleasure of the house. In any case, the rooms not renovated will not be accessible. ————— The beds available are a 160cm, a 90cm, a 140cm and a BZ 140cm convertible on the mezzanine Towels provided Toilet gloves to bring if you use any —————— The laundry room is the only shared place because I stock tools for my work ( accessible from the outside without entering your privacy even if we never come before contacting you)
