MIKO is a studio house designed for stays of up to three guests. It is a comfortable romantic place where you can endlessly look at the view from the windows and from the terrace, watch the weather change and do not rush anywhere. House A mesmerizing view of the Trostyan and Warsaw mountains. Aesthetic interior with beautiful unique decor items and lots of house plants, a large terrace with sun loungers and a place for gatherings, Wi-Fi (Starlink), a huge TV + subscription to MEGOGO, an equipped kitchen with beautiful dishes, always a bouquet of fresh wildflowers. Bathroom has everything you need: towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, body cream, hair dryer. Water is supplied from the well with clean spring water. Backyard with gazebo and pond. There is everything for cooking on the grill (skewers, grille). For walks in the rain, we provide our signature umbrella. Kitchen The house can be fully cooked. There is a single-burner electric stove, mini-fridge, microwave, utensils for cooking and aesthetic serving, glasses, and a geyser coffee maker. In the cupboard you will find oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, three types of tea and sugar, candles. We have drinking spring water from the tap. Within a 15-minute walk there is a supermarket "Rukavichka" with its own bakery, fresh vegetables, meat and cooking. Also you can order food delivery from the restaurant nearby. You will find restaurant recommendations in our AirBnB guidebook. Energy Efficiency The cottage is built with energy efficient technology. This allows you to use electricity wisely. The electric convectors are able to quickly heat the house to a comfortable temperature. There is also a fireplace stove for warmth and coziness. We provide a basket of firewood. Transfer From the station, the Glove supermarket or the lower parking lot, we take our guests to the cottage for free at the check-in. Parking Miko I Cottage has its own free parking on site. The last 400 meters to the cottage is a steep climb on a dirt road. If your car does not come to us — no problem, there is parking in our neighbor's yard at the beginning of the climb (50 UAH per day). From the lower parking lot, we offer a free shuttle service to the cottage at the driveway. Sleeping places Double bed 160x200 cm and a sofa bed. Internet We use Starlink. The speed is enough for any work assignments. Location The house is located on Mount Pogar 15 minutes on foot from the center and train station. To have such a view, the cottage is on a slope and the slope involves a road up. Walking up to the house (400 meters on a dirt road) may be difficult for the elderly and people with health problems.
