Self contained studio on Smallholding with kitchen

The studios are based on our Smallholding, they overlook our paddocks and we have lots of animals onsite including free range chickens, sheep, ponies, poultry, rabbits, dogs and cats. Its not unusual to have a small pony or a sheep trot past you window! You are welcome to wander round our small holding and say hello to our animals and enjoy our seating areas. There is a country park right nextdoor that has beautiful woodland/lake walks. The space Self catering, self contained studio on a country Smallholding. Our studios have en-suite bathrooms and this studio has a kitchen with Fridge, hob (please note no oven), microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Fully equipped with cutlery, utensils and plates etc. Guest access Guests will have access to come and go as they please with a codes given for the main gate, each studio has its own seating area and there is an area to the front of studios where guests are also welcome to sit. We have secure parking onsite. There are a good range of local shops, pubs and takeaways within a 5-10 minute drive away. We are very close to the AWE, Calleva park and tourist attractions such as Highclere castle, The vine etc are a short drive away as is the large town of basingstoke. Other things to note We are surrounded by woodland and as well as our own animals we have a few wild ones that visit, so there is bird song and various animal noises throughout the day and sometimes at night. We are a working small holding so there is daytime noise from various jobs that have to be done, but none of these are carried out early mornings or late evenings.
