Located on a rare double beachfront plot, the property offers direct, private access to the shore. While the main house is the owners' residence, they travel extensively and are rarely home. The sheer scale of the double plot and the constant melody of the ocean ensure your seclusion remains absolute, even when they are in residence. Daily discreet servicing by our estate team, Sam and Lucy, ensures a seamless, high-end experience. Kitchen Essentials 🍳 Salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwashing supplies, cling wrap, and paper towels are all provided. Toiletries 🧼 Fresh shower gel and hand soap await you. Loadshedding 💡 A chargeable lamp is provided, and the property has backup solutions (Gas cooking, etc.) to keep you comfortable. ----- 🤝 The Estate Team (Service) Your stay includes daily servicing by our wonderful team—Sam and Lucy. Daily Visit (10:30 AM): They will visit to make beds, refresh the bathroom, load the dishwasher, and maintain the pools and braai area 🧺. (Note: No service on Sundays or Check-out day). Privacy: They are trained to respect your privacy but are available if you need assistance ✨. ----- 🌊 Amenities & Logistics WiFi: We have uncapped fibre 💻. Mobile signal can be weak here, so internet calls work best! Pools: You have private access to both pools 🏊. Please note they are not netted, so swim at your own risk. Blinds (Important): The bedroom features 100% block-out blinds for a perfect sleep 😴. Please only flush toilet paper. All tissues, wipes, and sanitary items must go in the bin provided to avoid blockages. Energy: We kindly ask that you use air-conditioning and electricity considerately ⚡. AC is available in the bedroom (the lounge/TV units are currently decorative). Smoking: Permitted in the Lapa and garden, but strictly prohibited inside the bungalow 🚭. Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful neighbourhood!
