Please help yourself to eggs for breakfast. • Fully equipped + stocked kitchen • Onsite, secured parking for several vehicles • Hot tub and Swimming Pond • Separate games room • Log burner in living room The space The Barn House is situated in the grounds of a farm dating back to the 16th century. There are two bathrooms in the property with toilets, shower and one with a bath. The Barn House offers three individually designed bedrooms all with Egyptian cotton sheets: Meadow - King size bed and en suite Grassland - King size bed next to family bathroom Woodland - Twin room or king size setup. There is also a day bed that can be set up as two extra singles if you want the barn set up for 8 people. Please note that the extra beds are for kids only, the maximum number of adult guests is 6. Next door to the property is a large games room: 》Pool table 》Air hockey 》Table tennis 》Table Football 》Arcade machine with hundreds of classic games (including double dragon and track and field.) The Barn House also has use of the local Tennis court in the village. We have rackets and balls so please ask if you want to borrow them. We do have neighbours at the Barn House and if you are planning on having an loud outside summer party that goes on to late then this is possibly not the venue for you. We have had some issues when its hot and neighbours are sleeping with the windows open. There are several acres of grounds at the barn house and plenty of places including the hot tub to stay up late chatting, its the loud outside noise that has been the problem. Guests have exclusive use of The Barn House, the games room, the swimming pond, hot tub and the surrounding gardens. Other things to note We live in the main house on site so if any problems arise please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any issue quickly. We also have a friendly cockapoo called Doodle living with us. If you would rather not meet doodle please let us know and we can keep him away from the Barn.
