The space ￫ Building The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a building with elevator, free parking and an amazing view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. Ideal for families or a group of friends looking to rest in a privileged but very quiet and safe area of Lisbon! Next to the building is the D. Pedro V auditorium, so on performance days, there may be some noise from activity and music. Construction work is taking place in the subway, so there may be some resulting noise as well as traffic disruptions. Elevators under maintenance, so they may occasionally not be in operation. ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has one bedroom featuring 2 Small Double-Beds (120 cm x 190 cm / 4'0'' x 6'3'') and Air Conditioning. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. ￫ Living Room The living room offers a TV with cable connection, air conditioning, a sofa-bed and a splendid view over the Tagus River and 25 de Abril Bridge. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. ￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. ￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. ￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. ￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. ￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded.
