Located on one of Ontario’s cleanest lakes, sits this impeccably maintained property boasting 6 bedrooms, 2 baths and two levels of finished living space. Upper and lower decks to enjoy the amazing lakefront views. Gentle slope to the sandy shallow shoreline is great for young and old! 270 feet of frontage onto Horn Lake. A 2 person canoe and kayaks are waiting for you to enjoy and explore the lake. A lakeside firepit also available for guest use! Up to 2 additional children welcome past 8 max. The space Two fireplaces, real wood floors, spacious living spaces, lots of walkouts and windows, and a lower level lined with pine that gives that rustic cottage feel! Gentle slope to the sandy shoreline is great for young and old, along with a beach level shed that stores the water toys available for renter use. Firepit close to the lake. Horn Lake offers rock outcroppings, cliff diving and great fishing. Guest access Guests will have access to a 2 person canoe, 2 kayaks, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pillows, 2 TV's with satellites, BBQ with one propane tank and cleaning supplies. Renters are required to bring their own linens. Other things to note Summer months are June to September. These are weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Price is $3,000 for the week and a deposit of $500 is required (AirBnB keeps the deposit). There is also a public boat launch on the Lake. Off season rentals are 7 night minimums at $1,850. Holiday weeks, March Break/Christmas is a 7 night minimum at $3,000. We also offer monthly rentals for snowmobilers in the winter months for $2,800 plus utilities. We're right on a snowmobile trail and there is garage parking for your sleds! Thanks!
