Casa La Juyona

La Juyona is a family home divided into 2 rooms. The only part intended for vacation rental is the upper part, which is totally independent. It has an entrance from the main street and an outdoor area for exclusive use. The lower part is for private use, with independent outdoor areas, with occasional use in holiday seasons, or small getaways to the island. If we coincide during your stay, I will be happy to assist you if you wish. The space La Juyona is located in the village of Frontera, a 2-minute walk from the main street where supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants are located. It has three double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room. The house has two full bathrooms with bathtub, one inside the room (with bidet) and another outside the rooms. The kitchen is spacious and gives access to a laundry room with a washing machine. It has a terrace in the upper part equipped with armchairs to enjoy the sunset. In the lower part, a very cozy space has been enabled where you can enjoy the outdoors. The house was built in 1987. In 2020/21, a renovation was carried out to offer you a more comfortable and pleasant stay, taking care of the decoration and providing it with cozy indoor and outdoor spaces so that you can all enjoy it. This project has been carried out with great affection, enthusiasm and dedication. I hope you like it and feel at home. Guest access The outdoor areas are differentiated. The garden at the entrance has been set up to offer you an outdoor space, exclusively for your use. You can see the vineyard my father has been cultivating since 1988. After the last few years of drought, we have been able to maintain part of it. The months of March-September are when the beauty of the vine is observed. The rest of the common areas in the back are for private use for the house on the lower part, to which guests are not allowed access. Other things to note Please make good use of the house and treat it with the same affection with which it has been prepared for you. Likewise, we ask for exquisite compliance with the rules and respect for the private common areas, and the use of the private outdoor areas of the house on the lower part is not allowed.
