The house is located in the evergreens of the Trodes Mountains, in the resort place – Platres, 30 minutes drive from Limassol city center and the Mediterranean sea coast. The townhouse is in excellent condition, equipped with furniture,appliances and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Other things to note The cost of airport transfer – the property is 120 euros from 8.00 to 20.00; from 20.00 to 8.00 - 150 euros ___________________________________________________________________ Possible additional payments: Check-in of guests from 21.00 to 8.00 is additionally paid in the amount of 100 euros. Late check-out after 12pm extra charge of €100. Early check-in until 16.00 by agreement. Guests buy everything they need on their own, such as: Washing powder Liquid soap Garbage Bags Toilet Paper Salt Sugar Tea & more During the entire period of stay, guests are obliged to observe and maintain cleanliness, regularly vacuum, prevent dirt, stains on the floor, carpet, take out garbage. Also wash the stove, oven, hood if used. In case of non-compliance with the rules of the house, a fine may be imposed: - for abandoned garbage 5 euros - for burnt food on the stove, oven, microwave, burnt iron - 10 euros - for a broken glass, a cup of 5 euros
