The unit is 1,274 sq.ft. one of the larger units in the complex. Elevator access to the parking garage. Oceanside is an ideal refuge for those northern snowbirds during winter and southwest desert folks during the summer. The Pacific Ocean breeze mitigates the temperature extremes making for ideal outdoor activities. This is a non-smoking complex. We ask that you do not smoke or bring pets.
