Cottage in Knowlton

A charming 3 bedroom cottage only a few steps away from Douglas Beach and a few doors down from the Knowlton Marina. The screened in back porch is a dream. We basically move out there in the summer. Backyard is a half acre, all fenced in for furry pets! Enjoy a game of Badminton or have fun in a spring fed swimming pond. No need to leave the yard. Living room with tv is towards the back of the house and allows the kids to feel close while adults are out enjoying the evening on the porch. The space Our place is a 10 minute stroll on foot to the village. Marina Knowlton is 4 houses down the road on the beautiful Brome Lake and Walking path is just beside the house. This goes to straight to the beach. It’s about 15 minute walk. Guest access Whatever is in the house is yours for the time. Canoe is an easy stroll on wheels to the lake. Badminton set up for so much fun! Swimming pond is endless enjoyment for the kids. Back screened in porch is a dream, set up for eating and lounging all day and night. Tv room is full of windows and looks out toward the pond.
