Cycladic Villa with pool next to the sea

The villa is next to the Athens Airport (1h15). On the island of Euboea, Eretria is an important town of the Ancient Greece. You will appreciate the house for its beauty, typical of the Greek islands, for its quietness and its luxury - private swimming pool of sweet water in the big garden and sea nearby (80 meters). The luminosity, the spaces, the small taverns and the conviviality of the people make Eretria to be an ideal destination for vacations. The villa is perfect for families. The space We chose this house to spend the holidays and weekends. We live in Athens and we come very often (an hour and a quarter by car). The proximity to the beach (80 m) and the large freshwater pool (60 m2) in the garden offer a rare luxury. The house has a magnificent view to the north of the mountains of the island of Eubée, in a very relaxing country setting. The house is very nice and easy to live in. It's quiet. The large garden and pool are out of sight. The 4 bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom with toilet. Wifi allows you to connect anywhere to the internet. Guest access By car, access to the island of Euboea can be via the large bridge in Chalkida, or you can take the ferry to Oropos which goes directly to Eretria in 20 minutes (departure every half hour). If you do not have a car: From the Athens bus station, buses leave every hour to Oropos (about 1 hour drive) to take the ferry, or directly to Eretria in an hour and a half.
