The maisonette is located in Amoni, near Sofiko. It's close to Korinthos, ancient Epidaurus, Mycenae, and Nafplio. It combines modern comfort with nature due to the fact that it is surrounded by pine trees, and one of its strong cards is its captivating view of the surrounding area and the sea. There are three (3) beaches only five (5) minutes away by car. It is only an hour and thirty minutes away from the center of Athens and the Acropolis. It is ideal for couples and families. The space The maisonette is very well equipped and able to accommodate up to 4 to 5 individuals, minutes away from many beaches in the area of Pefkali (Korinthos) and just an hour and a half away from the city of Athens and Acropolis. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations or for people who need to venture into the surrounding area and the nearby locations. In more detail, you can reach many famous points of interest such as Ancient Korinthos within 40 min of driving distance, Loutraki's famous natural spa baths also in 40 minutes. Ancient Epidavros in half an hour of driving distance. Ligourio's ancient theater in 45 minutes. Nafplion world-famous medieval city is just one hour of distance from home. Last but not least, to reach the island of Poros, Spetses, and Hydra, you would need 1-2 hours through a beautiful route! The strong card of the house is its captivating view of the surrounding area and the sea. It is ideal for couples and families, offering absolute privacy for its residents. Guest access Villa Iokasti is built on a shared plot of 1.300sqm and is the second house of the space. Parking is private and shared. Other things to note Villa Iokasti can be a base for excursions to archaeological sites (Ancient Corinth, Ancient Epidaurus, Theater of Epidaurus, Nafplio, Mycenae) located about an hour away by car and tourist destinations with nightlife (Corinth, Casino Loutraki, Nafplio, Poros, Spetses). The village of Sofiko is within a quarter of a car where you can make your supplies. There is a pharmacy and ATM in Loutra tis Oraias Elenis on the main road Corinth-Epidaurus. I would like to inform you that the settlement does not have a drinking water supply and all houses have tanks of non-potable water for general use. In the house there are always at least two bottles of 10lt of drinking water for the cooler. You should be supplied with corresponding water bottles for your use.
