The Park @ Holyrood

A luxury apartment in the unique award winning 'The Park' apartment block on Holyrood Road. The location is prime and most of the Historic attractions are within walking distance. The Palace of Holyrood House and The Scottish Parliament are a few minutes walk. You can use the Marriot Hotels leisure facilities, next to the apartment. The charge is £7.50 for the pool/sauna and £7.50 for the gym, per person. You just need to tell them you are staying at The Park apartments and pay at the reception. The space The apartment is accessible by elevator. The apartment has one bedroom with a king size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes . The living and dining area is open plan . Although the apartment is near a lot of activity, It's extremely quiet and calm and wonderful to come back to relax in after a busy day. There is free view TV in the living area and the bedroom. There is wireless internet . Gas central heating and constant hot water for a shower or a bath. There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer / dishwasher / microwave. There is fresh linen and towels . Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment . You will collect the keys and self check in. I will send the details before your arrival. There is an elevator and the apartment is on the 2nd floor. Other things to note There is a well stocked kitchen cupboard with tea /coffee /sugar /olive oil / condiments etc . There is a supply of laundry washing tablets / clothes conditioner / dish washer tablets /shampoo /conditioner /bath soak .
