Luxury enjoyment in a hip studio - A/C

We live in the detached house that was built by the host. The studio was built in 2020-2021 and you can rent it. It is a unique place with lots of light. Studio Twenty-two is most suitable for business guests, romantics, cyclists and (Pieterpad) hikers. The hosts are happy to help make your stay a sublime experience. You can relax, work or Netflix. Be welcome! The space You have your own separate entrance. You have two rooms available separated by glass folding doors; both with comfortable underfloor heating. You'd rather walk around in socks here! You first enter a kitchen. This has two functions: a modern kitchenette with cooking island and a living room with large table and comfortable chairs. You have your own shower room with double sink, mirror and walk-in shower. The room is equipped with: shampoo, shower gel and towels. Right next to it, you will find a separate toilet. For sleeping, there are two options: Via a short loft ladder, you climb to a "floating" double bed (180×200 cm). We provide it with fresh bedding. You have a (safe) view over the entire studio. Would you rather sleep with your feet close to the floor? Then use the double sofa bed (140×200 cm) directly under the floating bed, equipped with a super topper. There is a closet for you to put all your stuff away. Other things to note We did the garden renovation ourselves and think it turned out really nice. It has lovely seats and a nice soccer field for our soccer enthusiasts or to do yoga exercises. We like it when you also use the garden. Of course, with respect for the neighbors and within normal hours. The garden is sheltered and there is always a corner with sun. During your stay, you basically share the garden with us. By the way, we generate solar energy on the roof of the studio.
