My nice three bedroom family house located in sunny Felpham a short stroll from the beach and local shops with a sunny south facing rear garden. Ideally located to explore the south coast and just 9 miles from Goodwood The space My house isn’t anything special it’s just a normal clean and tidy family home that I would love to share with others particularly as I spend a lot of time away! It is a three bedroom semi detached house located in a quiet cul-de-sac just to the north of Felpham village. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and one single, a nice family bathroom with power shower over bath and heated towel rail. Downstairs lounge/dining room with leather three piece suite freeview TV and dining table to seat 6. Kitchen has gas hob, washing machine, electric fan oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge (no freezer) and all the normal things you would expect in a kitchen. The south facing rear garden has a lovely sunny aspect with a patio and a table and chairs to seat 6. Other things to note I may not respond to your request straight away especially if I'm travelling but I will get back to you as soon as I can. Breakfast is provided by way of fruit juice and cereals please help yourself. Neighbours children can be a bit noisy in the day time but they are as good as gold.
