The Palazzo de Matteis B&B is a refined, family-run eighteenth-century villa, located in the historic center of San Severo, a city of art and wine. The property is located on the main street, just 5 minutes from the highway exit and a short walk from the hospital. The sea of Lesina is easily accessible, only 25 km away. Guests can choose between a very elegant double or twin room, equipped with a private bathroom and balcony. The central location of the B&B offers easy access to nightlife, shopping, restaurants and theater, all in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast is not included in the price, but can be booked at an additional cost of €5 per person per day. However, tea and coffee are always available for guests free of charge. In addition, parking is provided under the house, ensuring comfort and safety during your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the first floor of a detached villa, which includes the living room and breakfast area. Each guest will have a reserved room with a private bathroom, while the common areas available are the living room and the kitchen. During your stay Welcome to my home. Located in the center, it offers the convenience of easy parking (no ZTL). You won't need to take the car to enjoy dinners, pubs, museums, theaters, and shops, all within walking distance. Just a 15-minute drive away, you can reach the sea and the lake. Other rooms away from the animals are available. I am available for any information to make your vacation perfect :) Other things to note San Severo is a town in the province of Foggia, the ancient capital of Capitanata and Molise. The city retains the old, semi-ruined walls and two of the seven ancient gates, with streets winding between low houses with low sloping roofs. It is an important industrial and commercial center, known for the production of red wines for blending and white wines for meals and sparkling wines of international importance. San Severo offers a strategic location to visit the Gargano, the sanctuary of Padre Pio in San Giovanni Rotondo, the places of Frederick II, and for pilgrims who travel the Via Francigena.
