Boatyard Bungalow, 6 beds; 2 Full Baths-Waterfront

The original schoolhouse for Edgemere that was built in 1898 and converted to a residential home/marina in the 1950s. With over 2,200 sq. ft., it's a perfect environment for wedding venue preparations, family and friend reunions. Please don't exceed maximum number of twelve (12) guests at any one time in the house, during the day; or ten (10) staying the night in the house. Additional Pirate & Mermaid Bath House on property will be available by end of May 2024. The space Entire home is available during your stay. Three reserved parking spaces are provided. More parking spaces can be arranged IF notified in advance. The boat yard has another cottage on property that is private residence. Airbnb Guests must be respectful towards other residents, marina customers, owners, and neighbors to property. Guest access Guests have access to the boat yard amenities such as the floating pier, life vests, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, covered pavilion, and two charcoal grills on each side of the fire pit. NO OTHER GRILLS AND/OR GRILLING IS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY. Other things to note This is a working boat yard. It is a very old home and not a resort or vacation destination. The area is industrial, near Tradepoint Atlantic, but sitting by the water, relaxing, building a bonfire, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, "takes you away" to a happy place!
