Welcome to Beynac! Our house invites you to travel back in time. It is located halfway between the river and the majestic castle of our village of BEYNAC. It is atypical and bright. It offers, from each of its rooms, an unforgettable view of the river. It is located near Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac but also the famous Lascaux caves and the castle of Milandes. It is not suitable for young children and very old people (stairs). The space Your entrance into our house will be through the living room. It is a large, bright room consisting of a kitchen, a living room and a dining room. A lovely wooden staircase leads to the 2 bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom is composed of a washbasin, a shower and a toilet (completely renovated in February 2023). From all its rooms, a breathtaking view of the Dordogne will be offered to you! Small terrace to have a drink, an aperitif and why not your breakfast or dinner? It is also a nice place to take very nice photos, to surprise the ballet of the hot air balloons. Guest access We advise you to come to Beynac by car. The 5 parking lots in our village are paid. For you, we have negotiated with the town hall a rate of €5 for 24 hours.Right next to our house, you will find shops, a bar, 8 restaurants, a hairdresser, a Tourist Office, a bakery, and a pharmacy. Just a little further, at the entrance of the village, there is a delicatessen with excellent foie gras (our favorites) from the Lembert house, a small supermarket, and also a butcher shop.Our house is meant for you: its large living area (kitchen, living room, dining room), its 2 bedrooms and bathroom, but also its small terrace. The entrance is independent. Other things to note We hope you have an excellent stay in our home, where we have meticulously taken care of every detail for your utmost comfort. Enjoy the terrace while savoring your favorite aperitif! Enjoy the stunning sunsets with a unique view of the Dordogne and very likely also the ballet of hot air balloons, a spectacle that takes place morning and evening. It's a unique moment of fullness. The dining table and chairs are those of our grandmother, as we wanted to bring a family touch to our cottage with period furniture made of worked wood.The village offers 5 paid parking spaces. For you, we have negotiated a subscription at the town hall of our village at a preferential rate of 5€ for 24 hours.
