The lounge includes projector and drop down screen with complimentary Netflix, and wood burning stove for cooler nights. Induction hob and 1 oven, plus 1 microwave /oven, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra dishwasher. One ground floor bedroom with superking zip & link, and ensuite shower room. Ideal for those who struggle with stairs. This property is in a residential area and our neighbours will not tolerate anti social behaviour, partying or late night noise. We kindly request that the Hot-tub is not used after 10pm or before 7am following previous complaints.
