Parking for 3 cars, EV charging point, wifi, projector with drop down screen. Ideal for hosting large families, special celebrations, or just a luxury weekend. Sorry no hens/stags/parties. The space Stunning open planned living with kitchen, dining and lounge all in one. Ideal for families to be together. Bi-fold doors leading from the lounge onto the decking for al fresco dining with gas bbq supplied. Or take a dip in the 6 seater hot tub with lovely views towards The Island and North Cornwall coast. The lounge includes projector and drop down screen with complimentary Netflix, and wood burning stove for cooler nights. Induction hob and 1 oven, plus 1 microwave /oven, dishwasher and American fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and extra dishwasher. One ground floor bedroom with superking zip & link, and ensuite shower room. Ideal for those who struggle with stairs. On the first floor one super king with ensuite, one 4ft 6 double, 2 x super king zip & links, plus a family bath/shower room. In addition a further shower and w.c. on the ground floor. Parking for 3 cars with EV charging point. So to sum up 5 bedrooms, 4 bath/shower rooms and sleeps 10. Please note we don't accept any groups who wish to use this house as a party venue. This property is in a residential area and our neighbours will not tolerate anti social behaviour, partying or late night noise. We kindly request that the Hot-tub is not used after 10pm or before 7am following previous complaints. This is not a party house, and expect our guests to not cause complaints to arise from our neighbours. Guest access All areas. Other things to note Towels are provided for use at the house, but please bring your own beach towels. No groups who use to use the house as a party venue. Our neighbours (both residential and our holiday lets) are particularly sensitive to noise and won't tolerate late night noise.
