We welcome you to enjoy our newly built peaceful home overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The patio provides a beautiful daytime view of the Columbia Gorge and mountains as well as a twinkling nighttime view of the city. This slice of heaven is located in The Gorge near restaurants, breweries, hiking, fishing, rafting, and kiteboarding. 5 minutes to everything in town. All one level with easy access to showers. Please note that there is a steep driveway to get to our street. The space Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Gourmet kitchen, dedicated workspace, and laundry room. All on one level and 2 roll in showers make this a great home for someone in a wheelchair. Guest access Guests have access to kitchen, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and deck during their stay. Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Please verify additional information and confirm that you accept the house rules. Please supply a clear copy of ID. If the ID does not match your profile when booking, we will also need an image of you holding your ID in addition to the copy of ID please. As a reminder there is a steep gravel hill to get up to the house. Check in time is at 4pm Check out time is at 11am House Rules • Please keep all remotes in the rooms that they were in when you arrived • No pets allowed due to extreme pet allergies in our family • This is a non-smoking home. Please do not smoke in the house. You are welcome to smoke on the front patio or the back patio, which can be accessed from the master bedroom near the kitchen • Garage is NOT available to guests. Please park up to one car in front of the house and all other cars down by the gargage. • Please do not flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. • If you moved furniture or décor, please return it to the location you found it • No parties • No gatherings without prior approval
