Charming rural retreat in an amazing location

Beautiful family home on the edge of Charnwood Forest, short walk from Beacon Hill , 5 min drive to Bradgate Park. I have a room available that I would like to share with guests & large open plan kitchen, dining & living space. This comfortable home enjoys stunning views of the village. 2 mins walk from a lovely country pub, further gastro pubs & village café all on the door step. Relaxing escape offering tranquillity but equally perfect location to enjoy all that the East Mids has to offer. The space Warm, inviting spacious family home. Stylish, eclectic but chilled environment with friendly hypo-allergenic Cockerpoo called Boris. The open plan living space has a TV, comfy sofa, 6 seater dining table and access via the large folding doors to outdoor seating on the raised decking, offering stunning views and a chance to see a beautiful sunset. Large garden with hammock swing, vegetable garden and lots of private areas where you can read and relax. Further seating to the front garden so you can enjoy the sunshine all day. Large driveway with private off-street parking. Downstairs toilet and upstairs large family bathroom with shower and bath. The guest bedroom is located on the ground floor, at the front of the house and has a double bed, desk and a double sofa bed. The bedroom has fresh bed linen and towels and tea and coffee making facilities. I am on hand for advice on where to eat, visit and experience. A breakfast of cereal and toast is provided. Use of the kitchen is only available with prior arrangement at the time of booking. There is a separate charge for this service. Guest access Please note that use of the kitchen is available as an extra service at the time of booking and comes with an additional charge of £10 per day. During your stay I live in the property and whilst I will be out at work during the day, I am contactable on my mobile at all times. Other things to note Due to the Pandemic, I would ask guests to be honest and respect where they are coming from. There is no room to quarentine here and other guests safety is important. Dogs are welcome - at additional cost and I hope customers respect and feel welcome in my home.
