Large villa surrounded by forest, lake, playgrounds 10 minutes from the city. We love our house that has just been renovated with brand new herringbone parquet, marble floors and newly painted walls. The house is located within walking and cycling distance to swimming, sports facilities, squares & the city center where you will find restaurants such as Phil's Burger, Joe and the Juice, sushi, Monrads, Piazza and more. Also interior design, clothing & grocery stores. You can easily get around the city with the help of Roslagsbana, bus and subway. There is also a parking space at the house. The space The house has five bedrooms, four of which are upstairs and adjacent to the bedrooms are also two bathrooms and a laundry room. In the basement there is one of the five bedrooms, suitable for a nanny, if needed, or a companion. Adjacent to the bedroom in the basement is a separate bathroom and toilet. There are large social areas where the hearty kitchen is integrated with the living room, open fireplaces and exit to two patios. The house also offers a gym, two separate toilets, a grove entrance and a laundry room. Guest access Access to all bedrooms, living room, kitchen, gym, laundry room, all bathrooms, toilet and two patios. It is possible to use both stoves as long as the damper is open. Buses are also available in the area that will take you to Mörby Centrum or Danderyds Hospital for further connections. Parking for two cars is available with us. Possibility of electric charging is available after discussion and agreement with us. Bicycles are available by agreement with us. Other toys, basketball hoop, trampoline, balls, goals, gym, etc. are included to enjoy.
