Timmi1: Our apartment is a cozy 2.5 room apartment in the center. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea with a fine sandy beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. The space Our apartment is 58 sqm and is on the raised ground floor of the house. There is a living room, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with a walk-in closet. An additional bedroom is located downstairs in the basement - the bed can be pulled out so that two people can sleep comfortably there. It's perfect for holidays and beach weekends for couples, friends or families. The apartment has a bright oiled oak floor and is flooded with light. A cozy, large sofa provides a comfortable spot to read and can also be used as a sofa bed for another guest. Linens, towels, dish towels are included in the price. Pet hair-free and allergy-friendly thanks to regularly cleaned and replaced bedding and wooden floors. ————————————————— Strollers and bikes can be safely and comfortably parked in the bike room - down a staircase in the house entrance. The parking space is in front of the house on the right. Key handover possible at any time via key safe. I'll follow up with the details before arrival. Check-in is possible after 3 pm by default. Check-out is until 11 am. By arrangement and if no new guests arrive in the evening, you are welcome to stay longer on the day of departure. We know how stressful it can be to have to check out early on the last day of vacation ;). So you can still spend the afternoon on the beach. ————————————————— We expect from our guests careful handling of our dear little apartment. Please empty the trash, put away the dishes, empty the dishwasher, do not leave any leftovers in the refrigerator and please notify us if anything has broken. Please close the window on departure and turn the heat down. THANK YOU. Unfortunately, bookings by male groups of 3 people and more are not possible. Even as a small landlord, I am obliged to issue you the spa cards. The processing and payment will be made separately after your booking. Please note that the cost of this will be added. In the period from May 1 to September 30, the amount of the spa tax is €3.50 per adult guest/night. In the low season from October 1 to April 30, the cost is €2 per adult guest/night.
